He has an educational background both in law and economy. He is an experienced manager and entrepreneur and an expert in strategic management and restructuring. Between 2011 and 2015, as the president of Wroclaw 2012 company, he was responsible for the most significant investment in the history of post-war Wroclaw – the construction of a modern stadium worth a billion zlotys. He served as President of the Management Board of LOTOS S.A. Group and as a member of the Management Board of PZU S.A.

He graduated from the Wrocław University and the Wrocław University of Economics.
