She is a manager with many years of experience in administration and an effective negotiator. She creates and supervises administrative processes and is responsible for the efficient organisation of the whole company. In Butterfly Strategies, she manages the agency and plans its dynamic development. Previously, she headed the real estate department in PZU, where she organised the work of 200 people across the country. Earlier, for several years, she was the director of commercialisation in the Wrocław Stadium. She also managed the lease of the largest shopping centre in Lower Silesia and an event agency in Wroclaw.
